We are a worldwide developer and provider of the Aquarius Document Management and Electronic Content suite of products.

We sell and distribute our products directly, through a first-rate reseller channel and through key strategic partnerships and integrations with third party vertical market application vendors.

We are headquartered in Lauderhill, Florida. Aquarius Imaging, LLC has been in business since 2001 and currently services and supports thousands of users.

We also offer web hosting of our applications, a model in which customers utilize our products paying a monthly fee based on volume (SaaS).

Our Products
The Aquarius products provide instant access to all of a company’s documents within seconds from a desktop/laptop computer.

Whether it is a scanned document, computer report, word processing file, photo, or most any other type of electronic document, the file can be viewed, printed, faxed, or e-mailed instantly.

Documents may be routed throughout the organization electronically via Workflow or accessed via the internet. We can give you access to your documents, anywhere, anytime, for less than the cost of a photocopy.

What We Do
Most companies suffer from higher operational costs and higher risk of loss by keeping their vital records in paper format. Aquarius provides a no-cost consultation as to the potential benefits of our products combined with an analysis of your business processes.

Our training staff installs the software (if necessary) and provides complete training on how to use the system in the applications we have designed for you.
